Refund policy
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at wolfpupper.shop@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
We will provide further instructions and a return address once your return is approved. Items returned without any notice will not be refunded.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within [30 days] of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)
- Custom or made-to-order products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at wolfpupper.shop@gmail.com.
- Partial Refunds: May be granted in cases where the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at wolfpupper.shop@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Most of the items we offer are handmade and therefore unable to be replaced by an identical item. But I am sure we will be able to find a solution.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
